Job Description :

• Exposure of Plant and Utility Maintenance. 
• Utility (HT/LT Power, DG Sets, Compressors - Reciprocating & Screw Compressors, Transformer/Panels, Bus Bars & Power Distribution, Air Conditioning Systems, EPABX, R/O, Compressed Air Conditioning & Plant Lighting / earthing Maintenance, etc.). 
• Maintenance of EOT Cranes, Fork Lifts, Textile Looms. 
• Erection & commissioning of Machines.
• Knowledge of PLC.
• Develop and plan Maintenance Schedules, Improvement Measures etc.
• Develop and improve maintenance systems on continual basis.
• Develop skills of Maintenance Team.
• Plan and ensure the implementation of Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance.
• Perform breakdown analysis and implement corrective action.
• Implement and improve safety features of all equipments.
• Develop techniques to improve equipment efficiency.
• Daily maintenance performance reporting and Power consumption monitoring. 
• Involves in programs and procedures required to ensure safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures. 
• Maintains and updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department. Monitors operation of plant equipment and systems. 
• Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems. 
• Tracks, analyzes and improves key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, Energy Audits, Schedule compliance, etc. 
• Liaise with external agencies and government bodies.
• Coordinate with Production Head and Production Team.
• Prepare budget of fixed and variable expenses of the dept.
• Gain exposure to ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001 systems.
• Ensure compliance with IMS documents - SOP, WI, Calibration etc.
