1. Feasibility study of new project & combine study with designs for all customers
2. Prepare Project Guideline & Time Plan to Meet Customer Specific requirements
3. For making proto samples, Co-ordination & follow up with production for required facility
4. Parts Develop on Proto basis with off tooling for all customers & maintain the record their Procedure for Future Reference
5. Sample inspection Request to Standard Room for Joint Inspection of Proto parts to confirm part Profile, Dimensions & Submit Q.A. & inspection of the parts with QA & handover the Dimension Inspection Report to Concern Engg. Person with Finished Goods
6. Involved in Various Event Activities (With Tooled up parts) for all Customers as per master Schedule
7. H&P related new Jig & Fixture trial with P.E. Dept.& hand over master sample to P.E. Dept
8. Knowledge of ERP System
9. Prepare Process Document for PPAP like PFC / Control plan / Cut length sheet / Program sheet & handover to concern department or person
10. Involvement in company policy such as DIT , ESS , etc
11. Generate Tool sheet for fixture devt. & given to PE for their manufacturing
12. Compile & generate the CNC tooling & Program data as master for Production loading & tooling traceability
13. Sort out & clear the development scraps
14. Support team persons during sample development activity
