Job Profile:
 Ensure Sales and Collections as per the defined targets and timelines
 Analyze market size, targeted market share and studying the completion scenario.
 Coordinate with channel partners to evaluate the distribution grid and identify the 
weaklings and make alternative plans.
 Identify growth opportunities in different segments.
 Meet customers to maintain counter share, cross sell and up-sell.  Constantly work to 
improve direct access of the customer with the company.
 Develop Channel management by prompt resolution of disputes and keep a close 
eye on the viability and growth of the channel partners.
 Desired Candidate Profile
8-12 years experience in handling commodity sales and distributor
management with a mid-sized company.
